Bemærk, at skal se senest kl. Kari Innerå, Restaurant BA53 i Bygdøy Allé Frogner Oslo. La plupart des restos servent des menus à bas prix, entre 11h et 14h-14h30.

Un verre de vin est facturé dans les mêmes eaux, si l'on ose dire, même si c'est du cubi! On the 16th of August a record number of 27 pop ups opened in Oslo covering the whole city with a great selection of exciting food.

Romantisk CRUISE

Stayed in a superior room in the modern part of the hotel, the room was amazing, big and super cosy with a terrasse and a view on the woods. Stayed in a superior room in the modern part of the hotel, the room was amazing, big and super cosy with a terrasse and a view on the woods. The hotel is super nice, surrounded by some beautiful nature, and a lovely garden. Spend 2 nights there, but couldn't have dinner cause the restaurant was full and i didn't book a table. Hopefully the staff was very helpful, the receptionist manage to fix us some food that we could take in the room and the restaurant manager helped us with some very good wine. Nice hotel: yes Nice room: yes Nice restaurant: sadly, i have no idea.... We then overheard that there were two weddings planned in the hotel on the same night. We were not told this in advance of our arrival nor indeed upon check in. From this moment, it became very clear that the few hotel guests who were not connected to either wedding were going to be treated as second class citizens. Because of the weddings, the main dining room was out of action for 24 hours beforehand a little excessive given how much time is required to set up for a wedding of approx. This made it very difficult to have an enjoyable pre-dinner drink in the hotel with our Oslo friends, as we kept being told that we could not sit in areas reserved for the wedding guests. £60 and most are considerably more. We knew that Lysebu had won the global award in 2015 for the Best Luxury Restaurant Hotel so were really excited about our meal. On arrival in the substitute dining room the weddings were now in full swing in the rest of the hotel and despite having made a reservation nearly a week earlier, we were seated at an empty wooden table — no tablecloth, cutlery, glasses… nothing. Our cutlery, glasses and paper napkins were then laid around us straight onto the table with nothing else to make it look a bit more attractive the complete opposite to how the main dining room had been laid up for the wedding. There were only 6 other hotel guests also dining in this strangely decorated room and there was an awkward, hushed atmosphere throughout, punctuated only by the loud sounds coming from the wedding party next door in the main dining room. This was definitely not the gourmet 5 course menu, including cod, oysters, reindeer etc. This was hugely disappointing and annoying for a number of reasons — firstly and most importantly, we had seen some of the food being prepared for the weddings and it looked incredible so we knew that we were missing out on a great experience. Secondly, if we had known that such a basic menu was being served that night, we would have booked somewhere else in Oslo to ensure we had the Nordic food experience we had travelled all that way for. And thirdly, what is the point of having an online daily menu, that can be easily updated, if it is incorrect? After dinner, there was nowhere to sit and have a drink in the hotel due to the two weddings so we decided there was nothing else to do but go back to our room and have an early night... To say the hotel had lost control of its wedding guests is an understatement. Apparently there was just one person on night duty who kept trying to tell the parties to end but as soon as he left one party to go and speak to the other one, they would ignore him and start up again. The hotel was extremely apologetic in the morning and tried unsatisfactorily to make amends but the simple fact is that we paid a lot of money to have a relaxing, quiet, exclusive gourmet weekend and the hotel failed spectacularly at every stage. Clearly the hotel is unable to look after the needs of both wedding guests and hotel guests at the same time. It was extremely unfair to treat the hotel guests as second-class citizens in every respect and I would strongly suggest that it reviews its policy of taking reservations from other guests when it is also hosting a wedding. I would also urge any people thinking of staying to check beforehand with the hotel if it is hosting any parties or weddings the same night, as it clearly does not feel that this is important enough information to communicate to its guests. I've never written a review for a hotel before but I felt I should as the hotel was superb! We stayed for two nights as part of a longer trip in the rest of Norway and some other parts of Europe. We wanted a hotel close to Oslo - Lysebu is a 30 min train away but it is a really enjoyable journey with some great views. We were upgraded to a junior suite which was lovely as it had a separate seating area and lovely terrace. Room was lovely and quiet and very comfortable, good quality bathroom amenities too. Coffee and tea machines with lounge areas in several parts of the hotel, lovely pool and very good quality breakfast with a lot of choice. I would love to stay here again.

The hotel is super nice, surrounded by some beautiful nature, and a lovely garden. Søk gjennom hundrevis av reisesider samtidig for hotelltilbud på Saga Hotel Oslo. Questions are made in norwegian and english! Oslobådens speciale er romantik og nærvær. Deichmanske bibliotek, Tøyen: tirsdag 14.
